General Hall Rental Information
Thank you for your interest in the Vacaville Veterans Hall. This information is provided for you to help answer your questions. We will be happy to discuss any additional questions or requests you may have.
$100 is required to hold the date and will be applied to rental or refunded if not rented.
$200 refundable.
$85 per hour, or
$675 for 8 hours, and
$50 per hour for every hour over 8 hours.
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual or organization renting the building.
Supplies and trash bags are provided by the hall. You are responsible for making sure the hall is clean.
We accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card payments.

These items are included in the rental price.
The assembly area can accommodate 150-175 guests.
Included in rental price. Renters are responsible for setup and tear down as well as cleanup.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
Guest wi-fi is available.
Additional Options
Use of the lounge (bar) is permitted along with rental. Please contact us for details about cost, etc.
The kitchen is available for use during hall rental, by licensed caterers, at an additional cost. Please contact us for details about cost or more information.
Hall Rental Restriction
Absolutely NO outside alcoholic beverages or drugs may be brought on the Vacaville Veterans Hall property!
